For Passengers

Find a planned trip going your way, request a seat, and share the cost.

How it works for Passengers

1
Search

Enter your meet-up area, destination, date, and seats. The app filters trips and shows ones that match your criteria.

2
Request

Pick a trip from the results, request a seat, and wait for the driver to accept. You’ll get updates in the app.

3
Ride

Meet at the agreed place, confirm the car and driver, travel together, and share the cost.

Do I need my own car?

No. Most people start as passengers. You just need a seat on a trip going your way.

How do I find a ride?

Switch to Passenger, open Rides, and search by where you’re meeting, where you’re going, and when.

Pick a trip you like, request a seat, and wait for the driver to accept. You’ll get updates in the app.

How do I know it’s the right car?

Check the driver’s name and car details in the app before you get in — including the plate number.

If something doesn’t look right, don’t get in. Message through the app or reach us from Help.

Can I bring a friend or luggage?

Yes. You can book for yourself and one companion, and let the driver know about your bags when you request a seat.

Just keep it reasonable — it’s a shared car, not a delivery van.

Can I ask the driver to drop me somewhere else?

No. Trips go from the meet-up to the destination only. Pick a trip that already works for you.

How much will I pay?

You’ll see the estimated fare in the app before you confirm. Because the cost is shared, it’s often cheaper than booking a private ride alone.

If there are tolls, sort those out with your group on the trip.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel in the app as early as you can if your plans change. When you cancel, your seat opens up for someone else.
